Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting Rooted Kids for the first time:
First, find the kids check-in desk. Enter through the Entrance 2 doors to our lobby (lowest level), to the right side of the room you'll find the Rooted Kids check-in area. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead you and your child to their age-appropriate room. If your child is attending the 5th & 6th class, one of our volunteers can direct you and your child to their classroom, which is on the second floor of the church.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for personal information like your child's name, birthdate, allergies, etc. (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone)
How check-in works
Before Service: You can check-in your child at the Rooted Kids check-in desk. You and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will use the phone number in our system to text you (or if your child is nursery age, we will use a buzzer).
